Velvet Jeans is an acoustic duet by Vanessa Gutiérrez on vocals and percussion, and Jordi Bramon on acoustic guitar, classical and loops.
This musical project began to take shape at the end of 2017. The first idea was to arrange and recreate in acoustic format songs of various styles. This idea was what gave name and shape to the project, as the themes went from a band and electric format, to an acoustic format and close, or rather, songs passed through the sieve of the Velvet. With this repertoire we made the first live presentations during 2018 and part of 2019: Festival of the phonic voice (a) of Banyoles, The Summer Market in the PGA Catalunya Resort of Caldes de Malavella, the Emerging Market of Girona, in Torremirona and a long list of concerts on terraces and bars in vermouth and late evening format.
With the chemistry that has been emerging during this time, we have had the creative need to start making our own themes that we are currently presenting. Themes that have been elaborated over low heat, forming a repertoire that combines rock, pop, soul, soft jazz, progressive rock, in a mix that avoids labels, to focus and prioritize a close experience to the audience, with the help of loops and small percussions, and an acoustic sound. Our repertoire also includes some versions that we have passed through the Velvet sieve.

VANESSA GUTIÉRREZ - VOICE / PERCUSSIONS
He has studied singing lessons at the "Menestral Casino" music school in Figueres.
He has worked in a number of music projects as a solo singer.
She is currently the lead singer of Velvet Jeans band Acoustic Project.
JORDI BRAMON - GUITARIST / COMPOSER / MUSIC TEACHER
He studied classical guitar at the Isaac Albèniz Conservatory of Girona and has the diploma of Master Specialist in Music Education, obtaining the Extraordinary Degree Award. He has been working in various music projects, as a performer and also as a composer. Projects that have gone through styles such as symphonic and / or progressive rock, acoustic music, plays, stories for adults and also poetry. He won the prize for the best second guitarist in the final held in the Bikini concert room of Barcelona at the international festival "Emergenza" (2004 edition) and also reached the final in acoustic format of the same festival with the symphonic rock band " aiRun " .
He currently combines the job as music teacher with the Velvet Jeans Band project and the composition of instrumental pieces.
